Classes I am subbing, and not the permanent teacher, are in red.

Sundays, 10:15am: Beacon Hill Athletic Club, Cleveland Circle location (90 minute class)

Monday, 6:30pm: Beacon Hill Athletic Club, Wellesley location (75 minute class)

Wednesday, 6:15am:Beacon Hill Athletic Club, Cleveland Circle location (1 hour class)

Saturday, 8:30am: Beacon Hill Athletic Club, Cleveland Circle location (75 minute class, gentler flow)

Classes are all level vinyasa flow classes. The room is heated to 80-85 degrees to aid the body in opening and detoxifying.

I periodically sub at Baptiste Power Yoga in Brookline and HYP in Needham. These are often last-minute, but I will post them here when I can. I am also teaching and assisting periodically for YogaHope, a wonderful non-profit that offers free yoga to underserved women in locations around Boston and Seattle. While these classes are not open to the public, I would encourage everyone to take a look at YogaHope and consider them in your charitable giving.
